A carrier that also runs the plan
Rudeway Transport LLC is a Maryland carrier in southern Prince George's County, a short drive from the Capital Beltway, US-301 and I-95. CV Distributions is the name we work under when the job is more than a truck.
It usually is. A container needs somewhere to be unloaded. The second half of the order is going to Ohio. Customs has a question. Something is flying in from overseas next week. We set the company up so one team can answer for all of it, instead of a shipper stitching together five vendors.
Regional and port lanes run on our own trucks. Everything further out is arranged with carriers, forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses we have screened. Either way you deal with a person who knows your freight.

- Inspected equipment, drivers who keep to hours-of-service rules, and partner carriers checked on safety before they are offered a load.
- Prices you can read
- All-in quotes wherever possible. Waiting time, chassis, permits and storage are explained before the move, not discovered on the invoice.
- Only what we can cover
- If we cannot meet your timeline we say so straight away, so you still have time to make another plan.
Brokers and forwarders
We haul for freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PLs, on single loads or standing lanes. Request a carrier packet at info@cvdistributions.com and we will send W-9, certificate of insurance, authority and references.
